This session is designed to help clear energetic heaviness, emotional residue, psychic debris, and spiritual congestion that may be held within the body or energetic field.

 

My approach integrates Reiki Mastery, Kundalini wisdom, energetic anatomy, prayer, and intuitive guidance. I work through a grounded, intentional channel of healing energy guided by Divine Intelligence / the Holy Spirit to help restore balance, release blockages, and support emotional, physical, and spiritual alignment.

This work is not religious and it is not performative spirituality. It is a quiet, intentional practice of energy transmission, prayer, and intuitive guidance designed to help your nervous system soften and your energetic field return to a state of clarity and balance.

In distant sessions, I connect with your energetic field through visualization, prayer, and trained energetic techniques. The work is done through consciousness rather than physical touch.

Many clients actually find remote sessions more comfortable, because they are able to relax in their own environment while receiving the work.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a preparation guide designed to help you get the most from your session.

This includes:

• how to prepare your space energetically and physically

• grounding practices before we begin

• guidance on how to enter a receptive state for the session

 

You will also receive:

• a personalized healing frequency playlist based on your intake form

• a post-session integration guide to support emotional and energetic processing

Healing work does not end when the session ends. These resources are designed to help you continue integrating the experience afterward.
