This session is designed to clear energetic heaviness, emotional residue, psychic debris, and spiritual congestion held in the body or field.  

My Approach is rooted in Reiki Mastery, Kundalini Yoga + energetic anatomy, and my own intuitive healing method guided by the Holy Spirit/Divine Intelligence to clear blockages, restore balance, and support your emotional, physical, and spiritual alignment.    

It's not religious and not "woo," it's a grounded, intentional channeling of healing frequency through prayer, energy transmission, and higher guidance.  We focus on restoring your field, grounding your nervous system, balancing the chakras, and bringing you back into emotional clarity and spiritual alignment.

How Distant Energy Healing Works: 

Energy healing is not bound by physical location.  Just like prayer, intention, or love can be felt across any distance, Reiki and intuitive energy work can be transmitted without you being physically present.  

In my practice, we work with your life-force energy, the subtle energetic current that animates your body, emotions, and spirit.  This energy is not limited by time or space.  I am trained to connect with your energetic field through visualization, intention, and specific techniques that allow healing energy to be directed to you wherever you are in the world.  

During a distant session, I simply need your location to tune into your body and field the same way I would if you were sitting in front of me.  Energy has no barrier, it travels through consciousness, not touch.  Many clients report feeling warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or a subtle shift in their mind and body; the same sensations they feel in person. 

Remote healing is often even more powerful than in-person sessions, because you're in the comfort of your own environment, fully surrendered and receptive.  

What You'll Receive After Booking

Once your appointment is booked and confirmed, you'll receive a personalized preparation guide that walks you through how to get the most out of your session.  This includes: 

• How to prepare your space (Energetically + physically)
• How to ground your body before we begin
• What to expect during the healing session
• How to create a receptive state for energetic work

You will also receive: 

A healing frequency playlist curated specifically for you, based on what you share in your intake form and the intention of your session.  These frequencies help attune your field, calm your nervous system, and open your energy centers so you can receive the healing more deeply.  

A post-session integration guide with gentle practices to help you absorb the healing, release and residual emotions, and maintain clarity and grounding in the days following your session. 

These sessions are meant to be supported from beginning to end, so you feel held, guided, and cared for throughout the entire experience, not just during the hour we spend together. This ensures the healing doesn’t end when the call ends, but continues to unfold with support and intention.
