6-Week One-on-One Healing Container (For Women)

This six-week, one-on-one container is for the woman who is tired.
The woman who has loved deeply, over-given, over-extended, and learned to armor her heart just to survive. The woman who has experienced emotional or relational abuse, burnout, or betrayal, and finds herself repeating patterns she swore she would never return to.
Or the woman who now sabotages love because she no longer trusts it.
This work is for the woman who knows there is more for her—but feels disconnected from her own trust, intuition, and sense of safety in love.
The Container
Over six weeks, we meet once a week for 60 minutes via phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp at a mutually agreed-upon time.
This container offers continuity, depth, and the safety required to do real healing—not quick fixes or surface-level insight.
Together, we gently tend to:
• the root of relational and emotional pain
• nervous system overwhelm and shutdown
• patterns of over-giving, people-pleasing, or self-abandonment
• loss of self-trust and inner safety
• the parts of you that learned to survive instead of receive
This work is not about fixing you, because you were never broken.
It is about helping you come back home to yourself.
As we move through this container, the focus is on learning how to self-source love, rebuild trust in your inner voice, and reclaim the parts of you that were fragmented through hurt.
When the root begins to heal, the pattern no longer needs to repeat.
This container is for the woman who is ready to stop attracting her wound—and start choosing from clarity, steadiness, and self-respect.

Container Integrity & Shadow Work Disclaimer
This work is rooted in honesty, accountability, and deep self-reflection.
While this container is compassionate and supportive, it is not designed to be a space where your patterns are simply validated or comforted. My role in this work is to serve as a clear and grounded mirror.
That means there may be moments where you are gently confronted with patterns, behaviors, or beliefs that you have not yet been able to see in yourself. At times, what arises may feel uncomfortable, confronting, or challenging.
This container is not about blame or criticism. It is about integration.
The work often involves exploring shadow material—the parts of ourselves that formed through survival, pain, or conditioning. When these aspects are brought into awareness, they can finally be integrated rather than unconsciously repeated.
You may not always like what you see reflected back to you in this process, but it will always be offered with the intention of supporting your growth, sovereignty, and wholeness.
I do not approach this work as a friend, rescuer, or agreeable companion. I hold this container from a place of grounded leadership and deep respect for your capacity to rise.
The purpose of this work is not dependency on the guide, but the reclamation of your own inner authority, so that you can embody the woman you already are beneath the wounds.
