There is a phase of awakening that feels less like enlightenment…and more like unraveling. Where your identity begins to dissolve. Where old realities no longer fit. Where your inner world becomes louder than anything outside of you.

And suddenly, you don’t feel like yourself anymore. This is one of the loneliest and confusing periods during awakening that most people don’t talk about.  

But I’m here to remind you, you're broken and you’re not lost. You’re untethered.

This container is a space to come back into your body while everything is shifting in your world.  

It’s nor to push you deeper. Not to label your experience. Not to override your intuition. But to help you ground, orient, and integrate what you’re moving through.

 Inside This Container

We work at the intersection of:

• emotional reality
• spiritual experience
• nervous system safety

Through:

• grounded conversation
• gentle psycho-spiritual reflection
• breath and awareness practices
• subtle (not activating) mantra work
• and real, human integration

This Space Is For You If:

• You feel like you’re “waking up” but also overwhelmed
• Your sense of identity is shifting or dissolving
• You feel alone in what you’re experiencing
• You’re questioning reality, purpose, or who you are
• You need grounding, not more intensity

This Space Is NOT:

• A replacement for therapy or psychiatric care
• A place for crisis stabilization
• A space that amplifies or accelerates awakening

This is a space for integration, not escalation.

I do not position myself as a therapist or mental health professional, and I do not work with individuals in active crisis or requiring acute psychological support.

This space is for those who feel stable enough to explore themselves with honesty, responsibility, and care.

If at any point a higher level of support is needed, I will gently guide you toward appropriate resources.
