There are moments in life when everything that once defined you begins to dissolve.

A career that shaped your identity may end.

A belief system that once gave you certainty may no longer hold.

The roles that once felt stable; partner, professional, provider, achiever—begin to lose their meaning. What once felt clear becomes uncertain. The future may feel disorienting, and the person you thought you were no longer feels entirely true.

Throughout history, this experience has often been described as a “dark night of the soul" : a period where the structures of identity dissolve before a deeper understanding of oneself can emerge.

While deeply uncomfortable, these seasons of collapse are not uncommon. They are thresholds. Moments where the old story has ended, but the next chapter has not yet revealed itself.

Many people move through these periods alone, believing something has gone wrong or that they have somehow lost their way.

This container exists to offer a grounded, steady space for those walking through that threshold.

Rather than rushing toward solutions or forcing clarity prematurely, this work focuses on understanding the meaning of the collapse, examining the identity that preceded it, and slowly reconnecting with an inner compass that feels more authentic and aligned.

This is not about fixing you, because you are not broken.

It is about learning how to sit consciously with the transformation that is already unfolding—at a pace that your system can truly process and integrate.

Who This Container Is For

This container is for individuals navigating a period where life no longer looks or feels the way it once did.

You may be experiencing:

• the loss of a career or professional identity
• the end of a significant relationship
• a major life transition or crossroads
• an existential questioning of who you are or what your life means
• a sense that the person you once were no longer fits

This container is for those who are willing to sit honestly with uncertainty and self-inquiry, rather than seeking quick answers or someone to solve their life for them.

What We Explore Together

Over the course of four weeks, we explore the emotional and psychological terrain of identity collapse with patience, reflection, and honesty.

Together, we gently work through:

• understanding what has ended and what emotions are surfacing
• examining the identity structures that previously defined you
• exploring grief, anger, fear, and existential questions
• identifying patterns, beliefs, and narratives that shaped your former identity
• reconnecting with inner values, instincts, and personal truth
• slowly rebuilding a sense of direction from authenticity rather than obligation

This work is reflective and exploratory in nature. There is no pressure to arrive at immediate answers.

The goal is not to force clarity, but to create a space where deeper understanding can naturally begin to emerge, and where you can begin to trust yourself again.

The Container

4-week private 1:1 container

• One 60-minute session per week
• Conducted via phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp
• Sessions scheduled at a mutually agreed time

This format allows continuity and depth, giving space for reflection and integration between sessions.

This is a space of steadiness, not urgency. There is no rigid script. Each session is shaped by what you are ready to explore and how your system is able to process and integrate.

Accessibility & Scholarship Requests

I believe deeply that meaningful healing and reflective work should not be reserved only for those with financial privilege. At the same time, this work requires time, presence, and energetic capacity in order to be held responsibly.

For those who feel strongly called to this container but are experiencing financial hardship, I reserve a limited number of scholarship or sponsored spaces each year.

If the cost of the program is a genuine barrier, you are welcome to submit a request for consideration.

When possible, I may also offer structured payment arrangements for individuals who are committed to the work but need additional flexibility.

Because the number of supported spaces is intentionally limited, scholarship placements are offered on a case-by-case basis and may not always be available.

My intention is to hold this work with both compassion and integrity—ensuring that those who truly feel called have a pathway to access it when possible.

Soulaura Healing is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. This work is rooted in embodiment, self-inquiry, and integration—not diagnosis or clinical intervention.

I do not position myself as a therapist or mental health professional, and I do not work with individuals in active crisis or requiring acute psychological support.

This space is for those who feel stable enough to explore themselves with honesty, responsibility, and care.
