The Container

• 6–8 weeks of private 1:1 work
• Weekly sessions (60–75 minutes)
• Ongoing support between sessions on Mondays and Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PST

This is a space of depth, not urgency. There is no fixed script or rigid structure. Each session is shaped by what you are ready to meet, and how your system is able to process and integrate.
