Soulaura Healing is a space for grounded, trauma-aware inner work. This is not about quick transformation or spiritual bypassing.
It’s for those who feel ready to meet themselves honestly, with support.
For those who have already begun to awaken… and are realizing that awakening alone is not enough.
That something deeper is asking to be felt, integrated, and embodied.
Soulaura Healing is an extension of my life’s work; a sanctuary I've created where emotional healing, spiritual awakening, and embodied transformation come together.
My work is not rooted solely in theory or certification. Neither is it rooted in observation from the outside. It was shaped through my lived experience; through trauma, mental health crises, deep emotional collapse, and the complexities of spiritual awakening without a roadmap.
I've experienced what it means to lose yourself, rebuild, and learn how to come back into the body safely. Not once, but over years of unraveling and integration.
What I offer comes from that lived reality. From learning to ground intense inner experiences, regulate the nervous system, and make sense of what many people are told is either "too much" or "too broken."
My work is not to awaken you. It is to help you integrate what has already opened, and return to yourself with clarity, stability, and truth.

My approach weaves together intuitive energy healing, somatic and breath-based nervous system support, trauma-informed practices, Kundalini wisdom, spiritual mentorship, and deep shadow integration work.
Every session is unique, responsive, and attuned to your lived experience. Nothing here is prescriptive. You are met with presence, compassion, and the understanding of someone who has walked these paths before.
Although Soulaura Healing will soon have its own dedicated website, this page serves as a temporary home; a place for those who feel the pull to begin now, or who have been waiting to work with me.
For the last two years, I have been quietly building the foundation for a deeper body of work. While those offerings continue to evolve, I am now opening space to work together in a more direct and intentional way.
This is sacred work, and I am honored to walk beside you. Your healing. Your pace. Your return to wholeness.
Current pricing reflects an introductory phase while this body of work continues to deepen, refine, and take shape. As the work evolves, the exchange will rise to meet the level of support, structure, and energetic stewardship required to hold it.
